  Emeralds are fascinating gemstones. They have the most beautiful, most intense and most radiant green that can possibly be imagined: emerald green. Inclusions are tolerated. It would be very rare indeed to find a natural emerald  without inclusions. In top quality, fine emeralds are even more valuable than diamonds. Most of the top quality emeralds come from  Colombia South America, or Zambia at present.
