I was given a stainless steel bo staff, can it be use for full contact sparring?
It's 68 inch long and 1.25 wide, the info on it said it's thick walled and has no ball bearings ( don't know why that's important) and weights 4.5 pounds. My question is could i use it against other wooden/ metal weapons?
Will it crack or bend easily?
I've seen a Wushu Staff just as you described yours.
I would not use it against a Rattan or Waxwood staff. Or any for that matter.
Only you can figure this out, by putting it to the test.
Must look really cool though!
